Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Ebook and Audiobook Returns
We do not offer refunds for digital items. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item before you check out.
Physical Product Returns
To be eligible for a return of paperback books, your product must be sent back in the same condition you received it. Please include a note with your order number, name, and email address so we can process your refund once we receive the item.
Return Shipping & Fees
For paperback book returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved and refunded, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
